A simple lesson? No, much more than that. A total immersion into high-level cuisine, in an environment with a sophisticated and contemporary design and amazing, cutting-edge technology. Our cooking experience takes place in a large room with 8 professionally-equipped workstations. The cameras and screens allow a one-to-one experience with the Chef, who directs the lesson and interacts with the students from the Teacher’s room, communicating easily through a system of connected microphones. From basic techniques to sophisticated menus: a wide range of themes can be explored, with experience and professionalism, in this highly technological room.
At the end of the experience the students sit down in the beautiful dining room overlooking the Main Kitchen, to enjoy the recipes they have prepared. The Chef joins them to evaluate the results, and provide explanations and advice. The kitchen brigade complements the light lunch with other tasty and appetizing dishes, while the sommelier takes care of the wine pairings.
