Fuorisalone 2018: Il Palato for true foodies
At the FuoriSalone, from 16 to 22 April 2018, Il Palato Italiano, through the Dattitempo “smart” food concept, presents this formula to its guests from breakfast to aperitivo time, with selected seasonal products that are all about good taste.
The creator is Filippo Sinisgalli: Executive Chef and frontman of Il Palato Italiano who, together with his collaborators, will be in charge of the food experience of the Tortona District, at the SuperStudio Più in Milan.
Three events will be dedicated to all design lovers who want a food stop that is about sharing new convivial and organoleptic experiences.
The first one, located in the Materials Village green area, will keep Chef Filippo Sinisgalli and his brigade busy all day. From 16 to 22 April 2018, from 10am to 9pm, in via Tortona 27, an à la minute cuisine based on seasonal products found at the market early in the morning, will delight the palates of guests.
It will be followed by Dattitempo Rooftop, which represents the aperitivo of “night-life Milan” on the SuperStudio Più terrace. From 5pm to 10pm Chef Filippo and Sommelier Tiziana Sinisgalli, together with the Pistoletto Foundation, will be at work preparing the Milanese happy hour.
Finally, a Gala Dinner will be held on 15 April 2018: the opening dinner of this event, with dignitaries, the media and entrepreneurs attending.
